We keep it simple because the site itself is simple: we don’t run accounts, we don’t sell your information, and we collect as little as possible.

Age Verification

This site is for adults 21 and older. Before viewing the site you must confirm you are 21+. That confirmation is not stored. There is no cookie and no saved record, which is why you’re asked again on each visit.

What We Collect

  • Browsing this site: nothing personally identifying. Our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect against abuse.
  • Contacting us: if you call or email, we receive whatever you share, and we use it only to respond.
  • Analytics: if we use analytics, the measurement scripts load only after you confirm you are 21+, and we use the data in aggregate to understand how the site is used, never to build individual profiles or to advertise cannabis to minors.

Online Ordering

Browsing the menu and placing an order ahead happens through our licensed menu platform. Information you submit there, such as your name, contact details, and order, is handled by that platform under its own privacy policy, and we use it only to prepare your pickup. Payment is completed in store by cash or cashless ACH. This website never collects payment card information.

Links to Other Services

The site links out to third-party services, such as Google Maps for directions and Instagram for our feed. Those services have their own privacy policies once you leave our site.

What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t market to anyone under 21.
  • We don’t collect health or medical information through this website.
